GENERAL:

CUSTOMER:
We sell to the trade only. Established
businesses must provide a resale tax identification number when ordering.
MINIMUM ORDER:Opening
order is $250.00 after discount. Reorders:
$100.00. Orders under the minimum will be charged a
$20.00 service fee.
PLASTER BASE COST: Plaster Bases or Weighted
Bases are NON-DECORATIVE and serve only to support the tree to
stand upright.
All trees indicate "BARE TRUNK" will be shipped flat and
unshaped. Autograph's custom trees are assembled in paper mache
and plaster or Weighted Base to stand upright. Prices are as
follows: Plants up to 3' = $4.50, Over 3' to 4.5' = $8.50, Over
4.5' to 7' = $14.50, 8' and over = $25.00. All potting prices
are Net (no further discounts).
DISCOUNTS: Your discount is shown at the top of every page of
the price list. Discounts are offered when buying in tray or
case quantities. Please refer to each individual item in the
"tray" or "case" columns. Items cannot be mixed to receive tray
or case discounts with the exception of custom made trees (see
assorted tree discount).
Additional discounts are available for special orders and large
quantities.
SPECIAL ORDER AND IMPORT PROGRAMS: Autograph
will custom manufacture your special designs or colors upon request,
if possible. Special items and larger volume orders have at least
a 90 day production time plus shipping time after order has been
confirmed. Special discounts are available on large volume orders
and imported goods in container load quantities. A deposit is
required to initiate production and/or before shipping. Special
orders and deposits are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cancelable.
Autograph's Christmas Program includes volume discounts, dating
terms, and freight allowances; please see Christmas Price List
for further details.
ASSORTED TREE DISCOUNT:
Assorted Case discounts apply to Custom-made
Items. These are manufactured at our Cleveland
facility and are boxed together in order to save
additional costs with shipping. “Assorted” will
be listed
when various styles, sizes, and colors of custom-made
items (of similar value) can be mixed to receive the
required assorted case quantity discount.
NET PRICES: Some prices are stated “NET” (without
discount). This
includes, but not limited to, some special ordered items,
containers, fountains, and accessories.
DECORATIVE CONTAINERS: Shades of color may vary
slightly. No two exactly alike! Decorative containers
must be ordered separately.
They are not included in the price of any item: see
catalog pages 309 to 332 for selection. All containers
are priced as NET (NO FURTHER DISCOUNTS). It is not
Autograph’s policy to recommend a container size
to
match a particular size of a tree or plant. We will assist,
but will not be held responsible. If a container needs
to be exchanged for a different size or color, freight
charges will be borne by the company ordering.
SAMPLES:
Sample cuttings (for color or texture) up to 10 available
items are not charged. Quantities in excess of 10 will
be
subject to charge. Whole samples (1 item each) that are
under the $100.00 will not be eligible for any discounts.
FIRE RETARDANT FOLIAGE:
Autograph manufactures many Inherent Fire Retardant
items. We impregnate the necessary fire retardant
directly into the fabric and polyethylene branch
components prior to printing and injection molding.
Our
fire retardant system will not dissipate, wash off,
drip off,
or leave a messy, oily film. It meets all the National
Fire
Prevention Association 701 Tests for non-flammability
plus the ASTM E84-95, Standard Test Methods for
Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials.
This test method is also published under the following
designations: ANSI 2.5, NFPA244, UBC 8-1 (42-1) UL73.
All Fire Retardant Foliage will have an “R” in
the prefix
and be indicated by a Fire Retardant Symbol. All PVC material
(Marked with a "C" in the prefix) is Inherently Fire
Retardant. Necessary documentation is available upon request.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Orders can be paid by credit card (VISA, MC, OR AMEX), check,
electronic funds transfer (EFT), or wire transfer. International
orders can
be settled by wire transfer with a $20.00 bank service fee or
letters of credit. However, first orders may require payment
in advance by either check or credit card. Checks require 10
day processing, and ETF's require a 5 day processing for funds
to clear. Certified checks or money orders will ship immediately
upon receipt pending merchandise availability. All returned checks
and EFT’s
will incur a $33.00 service charge. We reserve the right to resubmit
returned checks via electronic funds transfer, including the
$33.00 service fee.
Net 30 Day terms are for customers with approved
credit, F.O.B. Cleveland, OH. A 1% monthly interest charge may
be assessed on unpaid balances over 30 days. We reserve the right
to collect all reasonable collections and attorney fees involved
in collecting past due accounts. Sorry, no COD's accepted.
SHIPPING:
Autograph ships by UPS and FedEx and other carriers
of your choice. Prices do not include freight. We do
not provide exact freight quotations. Estimates are given
at customer's request.
GROUND: Oversized
Cartons: An additional $6.00 per carton handling fee for
cartons 60" in length is now a standard
charge for ground shipments by UPS.
Residential shipments will be assessed
an additional charge.
Ground charges can
be prepaid and added to the invoices of customer with
approved credit (UPS or FedEx). For
credit card or cash advance shipments, a
freight estimate will be added to the
order before the check is requested or the
credit card is authorized.
TRUCK: Freight charges
on truck shipments will be sent “collect" unless other
arrangements are made. Residential shipments
will be assessed an additional
charge from the freight carrier. Shipping
estimates do not include inside delivery. If
you desire inside delivery, please pay
the carrier separately from Autograph's
charge.
AIR SHIPMENTS: Rush
orders required to ship by air MUST be placed by noon
EST. Additional charges on air shipments
are the responsibility of the customer.
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and some International
orders may be shipped by air,
unless otherwise specified by the customer.
SHIPPING TIMES FOR GROUND ON ALL STOCK ITEMS:
HOLIDAY SHIPPING: October 1st to November 30th:
Expect 7 to 14 business days from receipt of sales confirmation.
Customer requiring product by a specific date must pay express
charges.
CARTONING:
Our cartons are carefully designed to protect the trees
from damage during shipment. Wooden crates are
necessary for most trees 9' and larger. Please ask for
quote. A reboxing charge of $7.50 applies to all trees
indicated with a square symbol in the price sheet, when
ordered
individually.
CLAIMS: Claims
for damaged goods are the responsibility
of the carrier. PLEASE INSPECT CARTONS AND
MERCHANDISE BEFORE SIGNING A DELIVERY
RECEIPT OR BILL OF LADING. Customers are
responsible for freight charges on returned shipments.
In the event of damage, please mark it on the bill of
lading and notify Autograph immediately. Avoidance
of this procedure will exempt Autograph from any
responsibility.
BACKORDERS: Backorders will be shipped immediately
upon availability. Customers will be notified of item before
shipping. Written notification may be required for any cancellations
made by the customer. Customer will be notified and offered substitutions
on any discontinued or sold out items.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges or replacements
will be considered a new order if the item needs to be shipped
immediately. An exact replacement item or an item of similar value
may be shipped "prepaid" only if the returned item is shipped
first by the customer, then received and inspected at our facility.
RETURNS:
If You Want To Make A Return:
You Must Notify Autograph Foliages of All Returns within
10 Days of Receipt of Shipment!
All Returns Include: Non-Defective Items, Unwanted items, Defective
Items, and Items shipped in Error.
Return Merchandise Authorization:
All Returned Items must be received at our facility within 10
days after the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
has been issued.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number!
Returns received after 10 days of the RMA issued date will be
subject to 50% credit on merchandise less restocking fee. Returns
received over 30 days of RMA issued date is unacceptable and
will not receive a credit for returned merchandise.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns.
Shipping Charges:
Autograph is not responsible for freight charges on returned
items directly resulting from customer error (including but not
limited to: do not want or dislike item, size, color, overall
look etc, etc.). All shipping costs for returned merchandise
will be paid for by the shipper. SHIPMENTS
SENT “COLLECT” WILL BE REFUSED BY AUTOGRAPH. Autograph
is available however, to answer questions and assist in helping
you choose the most economical method to ship back your return.
No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping costs
for items shipped in error by Autograph Foliages, will be paid
for by Autograph.
Boxing and Repackaging Return Items:
All Returns Must Include the Original Box That Was Shipped. Improper
repackaging of items will not be accepted by Autograph. If you
are unable to use Autograph’s original box, please notify
Autograph before you return the item.DO
NOT THROW AWAY ORIGINAL BOXES! Discarding boxes and/or product
will result in loss of up to a full refund on the merchandise.
Damaged Goods:
YOU MUST INSPECT CARTONS AND PRODUCT BEFORE SIGNING A
DELIVERY
RECEIPT OR BILL OF LADING. Our products are inspected
and shipped from our facility in good condition. Claims for
damaged goods are the responsibility of the carrier. In the
event of damage, please mark “damaged” on the shipping
receipt before the shipping clerk leaves your facility. Then,
notify Autograph immediately. Avoidance of this procedure will
exempt Autograph from any responsibility.
* All Residential shipments assume own risk. Residential deliveries require a signature at
delivery and are inspected and shipped to be free of defects. Autograph will not be held
responsible for damages on merchandise.
If
your return is a quality issue, you must notify Autograph within
10 days upon receipt of your shipment. Defective items
may be returned, at Autograph’s discretion for: credit,
replacement, or repair. Autograph will issue a return number
then give you further instructions for packaging and shipping. Product
replacements or repairs will be arranged by Autograph and shipped
once the original package has been received/inspected at our
facility. If customer requires merchandise sooner, please refer
to “CROSS-SHIPPING” instructions
(CROSS-SHIPPING) Exchanges/Replacements:
Exchanges and Replacement items will be charged before shipping.
An exact replacement item or an item of similar value may be
shipped “prepaid” only if the returned item is shipped
first by the customer, then received and inspected at our
facility.
Residential
Shipments:

Autograph sells to the trade only and recommends shipping
to commercial businesses only. Autograph can not be responsible
for shipments sent to customers with home businesses. Autograph
has no control over when shipments will be delivered to the
home, additional charges from the carrier, gated communities
access, or the knowledge of when the customer is not available
at home to accept the delivery. Therefore, customers with
home businesses must assume own risk and will incur any additional
charges made by the carrier. Residential deliveries require a
signature at delivery and are inspected and shipped to be free
of defects. Autograph is NOT responsible
for lost or damaged packages shipping to residential addresses.
Please make arrangements to be home when merchandise is delivered.
Credit on Returned Items:
Authorized returned merchandise will be credited upon receipt
of shipment. A credit less the restocking fee will be issued
in the same manner as payment was made for the purchase. For
credit card purchases, your credit amount may not show on your
statement until the next billing cycle. Unauthorized returns
will or authorized returns received over the 30 days from RMA
issued date are not accepted and will not receive credit.
Custom-made Items And Modification of Product:
Autograph Foliages reserves the right not to accept any returns
and/or offer any refunds for any custom-made items or modified
items shipped to the customer. Modified products such as, fire-treated
foliage, spray painted foliage, and potted plants or trees in
plaster bases are considered special services offered by Autograph
Foliages. All artificial plants and trees are manufactured according
to the specifications of Autograph Designs and are inspected
before shipping to be free of defects.
Any product that has been subject to misuse, improper storage,
unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, neglect, accident,
alteration, improper installation, or other acts of which are
not the fault of Autograph, can not be returned or refunded by
Autograph.
Christmas Returns:
Authorization for returns on Christmas items will not be accepted after December 17th.
Christmas returns will not be accepted after December 22nd.
Clearance and Sale Items:
All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds on clearance
items and/or sale items.
ALL
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Autograph reserves the right
not to accept any returns and/or offer any refunds for
any custom-made items or modified items shipped to
the customer. Modified products such as fire-treated
foliage, spray painted foliage, and items potted in
plaster bases are considered special services offered
by
Autograph. Expect 7 to 14 business days from receipt of sales
confirmation.
